    Ingredients
    Kashmiri dry chilli – 6
    Tomatoe – 1(big size)
    Garlic -1tsp(finely chopped)
    Ginger – 1tsp(finely chopped)
    Vinegar – 1tsp
    Sugar – 1/2tsp
    Cooking oil – 1tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Boil a cup of water. Add tomato and chillies. Boil for 5mins. Turn off flame,drain,allow it to cool. Transfer to a mixer jar and blend with little water to a paste. Heat up a pan with oil. Add chopped garlic and ginger and saute. Add in chilli,tomato paste,vinegar,salt and sugar. Stir well and cook on low flame for 10mins. Turn off flame and serve with momos.
