כופתאות ירקות 💛 מתכון:⠀ בצק כופתאות⠀ 2 half of כוסות קמח לכל מטרה⠀ 3/Four כוס מים רותחים⠀ 1/Four כפית מלח⠀ ⠀ מילוי⠀ 1/Three טופו יציב או יציב במיוחד, חתוך לקוביות⠀ 1 קוביות ⠀ 5 בצלים ירוקים, קצוצים⠀ 1 כוס כרוב לבחירה ⠀ 1 כוס קייל⠀ half of כפית ג’ינג’ר טחון⠀ half of כפית שמן שומשום⠀ 1 כף רוטב סויה⠀ רוטב טבילה⠀ 1/Four כוס רוטב סויה⠀ כוס מים⠀ 1/eight כוס סירופ מייפל⠀ half of כף חומץ אורז⠀ half of כף אבקת שום⠀ קורט פתיתי פלפל אדום⠀ 1 כף שמן שומשום⠀ half of כוס מים⠀ ⠀ שיטה⠀ התחל בהכנת הבצק . מוסיפים את כל החומרים לקערה ומערבבים עד לקבלת בצק שאגי. מערבבים עם מקלות אכילה או כף, הבצק יהיה חם מכיוון שהמים רותחים.⠀ ברגע שלא ניתן יותר לשלב את הבצק בקערה, קמחו את פני השטח ויוצקים עליו בצק. בעזרת הידיים ללוש את הבצק כ-10 דקות. עד שמצליחים ליצור כדור חלק. הבצק הזה קשה מאוד ודורש קצת אהבה ותשומת לב.⠀ אז אנחנו הולכים לקחת את כדור הבצק לחתוך אותו לשני חצאים. יוצרים את החצאים האלה לצורת בייגל. כסו אותם והניחו בצד למשך 20 דקות.⠀ בזמן שהשארתם קחו את כל הירקות והטופו שלכם וחתכו אותם. הכנתי הכל מאוד קטן ובגודל ביס אתה לא רוצה שמשהו יהיה גדול מדי.⠀ במחבת על אש בינונית מוסיפים את שמן השומשום, מניחים להתחמם ואז מוסיפים פנימה ירקות וטופו. מוסיפים רוטב סויה ואבקת ג’ינג’ר ומערבבים מסביב. מבשלים כ-5-10 דקות עד שהכל נבול, הטופו שחום מעט והגזר מתרכך.⠀ כשמוכן לוקחים את ה”בייגל” וחותכים לשניים. מרפדים את שתי צורות היומן וחותכים ל-6 חתיכות. לאחר מכן יש לסדר את Three ו-Three כך שיהיו לך כעת Four שורות של 3. חותכים אותן לחצי פעם נוספת וכתוצאה מכך תקבלו 24 קוביות בצק. אם הקובייה שלך נראית קטנה מאוד, אתה מוזמן לשלב שניים מהם. חזור על הפעולה עם ה”בייגל” השני.⠀ לאחר שכל הקוביות שלך הנח אותן הצידה ומכסות אותן כדי למנוע מהן להתייבש.⠀ התחל בלקיחת אחת מהקוביות שלך, גלגל אותה לכדור ולאחר מכן השתמש בתבנית מערוך. זה לעיגול שטוח. גיליתי שגם אם המעגל שלי לא היה מושלם זה עדיין הסתדר מצוין. אם אתה צריך לקמח קלות את פני השטח.⠀ המשך למטה!
