מעל 100 מתכונים טבעוניים טעימים. רעיון לארוחת ערב מצמחים: קוויאר בוקרים + צ’יפס בטטה 💛 מתכון:⠀ לקוויאר בוקרים:⠀ מרכיבים⠀ 2 אבוקדו בשל, חתוך לקוביות⠀ 2 עגבניות בשלות גדולות, חתוכות לקוביות⠀ 250 מ”ל תירס מתוק 1 גרעינים שחורים וקרינה היטב. ⠀ 1 קופסת אפונה שחורת עיניים, מנוקזת ושטופה היטב⠀ 2 בצלים קצוצים, פרוסים דק⠀ 1 צ’ילי אדום, נטול גרעינים וקצוץ דק⠀ 80 מ”ל פטרוזיליה (או כוסברה/כוסברה), קצוץ דק⠀ ⠀ 60 מצרכים לזיתים שמן⠀ 2.5 כפות חומץ תפוחים (או חומץ ביין לבן)⠀ סחיטת מיץ ליים⠀ סחיטה של מיץ לימון⠀ קורט סירופ מייפל (לא חובה)⠀ 1/4-1/2 כפית שום מלח⠀ פלפל לפי הטעם⠀ ⠀ הוראות שימוש⠀ שלבו את כל מרכיבי הסלט בקערה גדולה.⠀ שלבו את כל מרכיבי הרוטב בקערה קטנה.⠀ יוצקים את הרוטב על הסלט ומערבבים. מגישים מיד או שומרים יום-יומיים מכוסה ומקרר ומגישים לפי הצורך.⠀ ⠀ לצ’יפס:⠀ מרכיבים⠀ Three בטטות גדולות⠀ 2,5 – Three כפות עמילן תירס (כ-1 כף עמילן לתפוח אדמה, תלוי ב גודל תפוחי אדמה)⠀ שמן זית אורגני (השתמשתי במסטר, אבל אפשר לפחות 2 כפות שמן ללא קשר לשיטת המריחה)⠀ ⠀ הוראות שימוש⠀ 1.מחממים תנור ל-200 מעלות צלזיוס* (מאוורר)/400F.⠀ 2.קליפה ופורסים בטטות בצורה אחידה (רוצים צורת גפרור, בניגוד לטריז).⠀ 3. מניחים תפוחי אדמה פרוסים בקערה גדולה, מכסים במים ומכניסים למקרר.⠀ 4. מסננים ושוטפים את הצ’יפס, ואז מניחים אותם על יריעות נייר סופג לייבוש, ספוג בנייר סופג נוסף כדי להסיר את הלחות שנותרה.⠀ 5. בקערה גדולה, לזרוק פרוסות תפוחי אדמה בעמילן תירס לציפוי אחיד.⠀ 6. לסדר את תפוחי האדמה על תבנית אפייה משומנת. נייר על תבנית אפייה. אין לחפוף את הצ’יפס. אל תתנו להם אפילו לגעת אחד בשני. זהו אחד המפתחות המכריעים ל”טיגון אפוי” פריך יותר.⠀ 7. השתמשו בשמן לציפוי אחיד בשמן.⠀ 8. אופים כ-10 דקות. 9.מוציאים את המגש מהתנור, הופכים צ’יפס ואז אופים עוד כ-15 דקות (עד שהשוליים משחימים).⠀ 10. מתבלים היטב/לפי הטעם. השתמשתי במלח ים ביתי בציר רוזמרין (המתכון בקרוב!) ובפזר פטרוזיליה טרייה.⠀ 11. מגישים מיד. תהנה! מאת missmarzipancom
