מעל 100 מתכונים טבעוניים טעימים. מתכונים צמחיים להורדת שומן לצמיחת שריר ואורח חיים בריא יותר בקר באתר שלי בביו!!! . לחם שטוח טבעוני תוצרת בית✨ רך, רך, מעט לעיס 😍 מי רוצה? קל, אין צורך במיקסר סטנד, תנור או מכונת לחם, רק הידיים שלך 🖐! תייגו חבר שיכין את זה איתך או בשבילך 😌❤️ מצרכים: Three 1/3 (+ 1/Four כוס יותר אם צריך) כוסות קמח לחם 1-1/2 כוסות + 2 כפות חלב שקדים חם לא ממותק 2 כפות סוכר ( השתמשתי בסוכר קנים או סוכר קוקוס) 1 חבילה שמרים יבשים פעילים 2 כפות חמאה טבעונית, מומסת half of כפית מלח שמן אבוקדו או שמן זית שיטה: 1. מחממים חלב שקדים במיקרוגל 45 שניות או עד שהוא חם. בקערה שלבו חלב שקדים חם וסוכר, מערבבים לאיחוד ואז מפזרים שמרים על החלק העליון של חלב השקדים. מניחים לשבת כ-5 דקות. 2. מוסיפים חמאה טבעונית מומסת ומלח. מוסיפים קמח כוס בכל פעם עד שהוספת 3-1/Three כוסות ומערבבים עד לקבלת תערובת אחידה. הבצק יהיה ממש דביק אבל תמשיך לערבב/צריך עם הידיים. אם דביק מדי מוסיפים עוד 1/Four כוס קמח. המשיכו ללוש בידיים כ-4-5 דקות. 3. מעבירים את הבצק לקערה שצופה בתרסיס בישול או שמן זית. מניחים מטלית כלים מעל הקערה ומניחים לקערה לשבת על השיש למשך שעה או עד להכפלת נפחה. מחלקים את הבצק ל-Eight חלקים שווים. בעזרת מערוך מרדדים בצק לעיגולים. 4. מחממים מחבת לחום בינוני. מברישים את החלק העליון של כל עיגול בצק במעט שמן אבוקדו (או שמן זית) ומניחים את שמן הלחם השטוח כלפי מטה על הגריל. כשהצד התחתון שחום, הופכים את הלחם, וצולים את הצד השני עד להזהבה. מסירים מהאש, מברישים עוד מעט שמן מלמעלה ומפזרים מלח. תהנו עם חומוס, כעטיפת או איך שתרצו! .
