מעל 100 מתכונים טבעוניים טעימים. מתכונים צמחיים להורדת שומן לצמיחת שריר ואורח חיים בריא יותר בקר באתר שלי בביו!!! . קונכיות ממולאות ריקוטה עם רוטב דלעת שמנת אבקת שום⠀ 1/2 כף אבקת בצל⠀ 1/Four כפית פלפל⠀ Three כוסות תרד קצוץ⠀ 1/2 כוס חלב שקדים לא ממותק⠀ ⠀ רוטב דלעת שמנת⠀ 1 פאי סוכר קטן דלעת⠀ 1/Four כוס דלעת מזומן ללא סוכר חלב שקדים⠀ 1/2 כוס מושקה מסונן ⠀ 1 כפית מלח⠀ 1/2 כפית פלפל ⠀ 1/Four כוס שמרים תזונתיים ⠀ 1 1/2 כף רסק עגבניות⠀ 1 כפית אבקת שום ⠀ שיטה: ⠀ חום תנור ל-Four מעלות. ו.⠀ 2. מבשלים את הפסטה לפי הוראות האריזה, מסננים ומניחים בצד.⠀ 3.חותכים את הדלעת לשניים, מסירים את הגרעינים וחותכים בזהירות את העור. חותכים לקוביות, מניחים את הדלעת על תבנית מרופדת בנייר אפייה ואופים 25 דקות.⠀ ⠀ ריקוטה:⠀ 1. מתכוון תוך כדי להביא סיר קטן עם מים לרתיחה. הניחו את השקדים הגולמיים שלכם למים הרותחים. נותנים לרתיחה במשך 2 דקות.⠀ 2. מסננים את השקדים מיד במסננת או במסננת ושוטפים אותם במים קרים כדי לקרר אותם. נגבו את השקדים עם מגבת נייר.⠀ 3. השתמשו באצבעותיכם כדי לסחוט בעדינות את השקדים ולשחרר את הקליפה מהם. מניחים שקדים ללא עור בקערה ומניחים בצד.⠀ 4. מוציאים את הטופו מהאריזה ועוטפים במגבת מטבח נקייה או במגבת נייר וסוחטים למשך 20 שניות כדי לאפשר לעודפי מים להסתנן.⠀ 5. במעבד מזון או במהירות גבוהה בלנדר משלבים טופו, שקדים מולבנים, שמרים תזונתיים, חלב שקדים לא ממותק, אבקת שום, אבקת בצל, מלח ופלפל. מערבלים במשך 1-2 דקות או עד שאין גושים. התערובת תיראה גבשושית וזה בסדר! מוסיפים עוד חלב שקדים במידת הצורך.⠀ 6. במחבת קטנה מבשלים תרד קצוץ עם 1 כף על מים במשך דקה אחת או עד שהתרד נבול.⠀ 7. לאחר שהכנת תערובת הריקוטה והתרד מוכן, מערבבים את השניים בתבנית קערה בגודל בינוני ומערבבים היטב. טועמים את התערובת ומוסיפים מלח נוסף או תבלינים במידת הצורך. תהנה!
